Directed by Paul Robinson, Land of our Fathers is a funny and moving Welsh mining drama filled with blistering comedy and brings to life a generation of lost voices.

3 May 1979, South Wales. Thatcher is counting her votes, Sid Vicious is spinning in his grave and six Welsh miners are trapped down a coal mine. As the men await their rescue, secrets emerge and accusations fly. Within two weeks, everything they believe in and everything they know will have changed.

Co-producer Tara Finney said: “We were overwhelmed by the response critics and audiences alike. Two and a half years later, the production has had a West End run, visited 15 venues around the UK and we’re delighted to conclude its wonderful journey by bringing the production back to London one final time.”

The production received five stars from Time Out and The Times, winning Time Out’s Critics Choice and Fringe Show of the Year 2013.

Land of Our Fathers will see original cast members Joshua Price and Taylor Jay-Davies reprising their roles of Mostyn and Chewy. They will be joined by John Cording, Tomos Eames, Cornelius Booth and Robert Jezek.

The production features designs by Signe Beckman, lighting designed by Hartley T.A. Kemp and sound designed by Simon Slater.

Land of Our Fathers will appear at the Found111 on 111 Charing Cross Road from the 8th to the 19th March. For more information and to book tickets visit: http://www.sohotheatre.com/whats-on/land-of-our-fathers/
