Full casting for the Lyric Hammersmith and Filter Theatre’s production of A Midsummer Night’s dream has been announced today.
The production, which will run at the theatre from the 19th February, is co-directed by Sean Holmes and Stef O’Driscoll.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is set to include Jonathan Broadbent, Ed Gaughan, John Lightbody, Victoria Moseley and Ferdy Roberts return to the cast. They will be joined by Hammed Animashaun, Andrew Buckley, Clare Dunne and Cat Simmons.
Originally appearing at the Lyric Hammersmith in 2012, this reinterpretation of Shakespeare’s comedy will be at the theatre for a limited four week run.
The show features music by The London Snorkelling team, performed by Chris Branch and Keith de Barra, giving this classic tale of lovers and fairies a unique and modern twist.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream features designs by Hyemi Shin and lighting designed by Oliver Fenwick.
