It has been announced that film and television star Warwick Davis will be starring in the New Victoria Theatre’s 2016 pantomime Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, running from the 10th December to the 8th January 2017.
Taking on the role of head dwarf Prof, Warwick Davis was last seen at New Victoria Theatre with his Reduced Height Theatre Company and their production of See How They Run. His career has been varied including roles in iconic films such as Star Wars and Harry Potter, as well as on television in Life’s Too Short and Celebrity Squares.
Warwick Davis said: “I am delighted to be coming to Woking this Christmas in the spectacular production of Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs. I’m very proud of the show that we have created and I am lucky enough to be involved with the script and direction of the show. I can guarantee you and the family will have a great time. I’ve heard the Woking audiences are some of the best in the country so I look forward to seeing you all later in the year.”
With the rest of the cast yet to be confirmed, this year’s pantomime will feature all the traditional ingredients for a show that is fun for the entire family such as glittering costumes, sensational songs, dazzling dance routines, bags of audience participation and magnificent slapstick comedy.
Will the Wicked Queen banish Snow White once and for all, or will the handsome Prince thwart her plans with some help from the dwarfs? Who’s the fairest in the land and will good triumph over evil?
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will appear at the New Victoria Theatre in Woking from the 10th December until the 8th January. To book tickets visit ATG tickets.
