Further casting has been confirmed for Scott Elliott’s production of Jesse Eisenberg’s play The Spoils. 

It was announced yesterday that star of the hit television series Game of Thrones, Alfie Allen will join the previously confirmed Jesse Eisenberg and Kunal Nayyar, in Scott Elliott’s production of The Spoils.

Katie Brayben (Beautiful: the Carole King Musical) and Anna Purna Sriram (Billions, South of Hell) complete the casting of the European premiere of Jesse Eisenberg’s third play.

Nobody likes Ben. Ben doesn’t even like Ben. He bullies everyone in his life, including his roommate Kalyan, an earnest Nepalese immigrant. When Ben discovers that his school crush is marrying a straight-laced banker, he sets out to destroy their relationship and win her back.

The Spoils originally had a successful run Off-Broadway at the The Pershing Square Signature Center from 5 May to 28 June 2015. Eisenberg’s play examines American privilege as well as the nature of family and relationships.

As well as being directed by Scott Elliott, the creative team for the production also includes: set design by Derek McLane, costume design by Susan Hilferty, lighting by Lee Curran, sound design by Rob Milburn and Michael Bodeen and projection design by Olivia Sebesky.
