Returning for the third consecutive year, the Tequila & Mezcal Fest is the UK’s only festival devoted to Mexico.

Taking place on the 17th and 18th September at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane, the festival is split into two sessions in the afternoon and evening to make sure that everyone gets an opportunity to visit at a time which suits them.
The festival will feature seminars and masterclasses led by some of the UK’s best brand ambassadors and bar tenders, to teach visitors the art of Mexican cocktail making – such as the classic Margarita.
Meanwhile, for those who love their food there will be a choice of some of London’s most authentic Mexican restaurants such as Barrio Bars and Wahaca all ready to serve up some food for hungry guests.
But the festival will also be a chance to celebrate the cultural heritage of the country including performances a mariachi band, folklore dancers and an Aztec ceremony performance.There will also be an art exhibition by artist Honorio Robledo and a photographic exhibition dedicated to the agave process.
The session times are as follows: Saturday afternoon: 12 noon-4.30pm, Saturday evening: 5pm-9.30pm, Sunday afternoon: 11.30am-4pm, Sunday evening: 4.30-9.00pm.
