NEWS: Robert Habermann Brings His Way: Frank Sinatra Sings to Barking

Acclaimed singer Robert Habermann brings his show His Way: Frank Sinatra Sings to The Broadway in Barking on the 24th February.

His Way tells the story of Frank Sinatra’s rise and fall in his career, featuring a great many of his best known songs including Come Fly With Me, Fly Me To The Moon, Witchcraft, You Make Me Feel So Young, Strangers In The Night, My Way, New York New York and many more.

Habermann was discovered by legendary American singer Margaret Whiting and went on to win Best International Performer from the prestigious Manhattan Association of Cabarets of New York, resulting in several major tours.

The singer was the first British artist to sing an entire concert celebrating Sinatra’s life in honour of  Sinatra’s 80th Birthday at London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall in 1995.

Talking about the show the singer said: “Every time I sing his wonderful, unforgettable songs and tell his extraordinary rags to riches life story, I realise what a uniquely remarkable man he was and what an influence he still has on the popular song.”

Later this year Habermann will also launch a new show titled The MGM Musical – More Stars Than in the Heavens.
