Bella Heesom’s new play arrives at the Ovalhouse Theatre from the 23rd to the 27th May.

This debut play from the Ovalhouse’s Associate Artist Bella Heesom is a story of love and loss which mixes intimacy, live music, hard-hitting philosophy and clownish silliness.

The production is directed by Olivier Award-winning director Donnacadh O’Briain and arrives at the theatre  following a critically acclaimed run at the 2016 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and a transfer to VAULT Festival 2017.

My World Has Exploded a Little Bit is the first in a series of plays to be made by All About You; the creative collaboration between writer/performer Bella Heesom and Olivier award-winning director/dramaturg Donnacadh O’Briain (Rotterdam by Jon Brittain at Trafalgar Studios; Always Orange by Fraser Grace at the RSC).

Bella Heesom will be joined on stage by Eva Alexander, who plays her hapless assistant.

My World Has Exploded a Little Bit will play at the Ovalhouse Theatre from the 23rd to the 27th May as part of a national tour. For more information and to book tickets visit: http://www.ovalhouse.com/whatson/detail/my-world-has-exploded-a-little-bit-by-bella-heesom
