The Backyard Cinema has announced its next theme will take audiences to a whole different planet from the 21st March.
Titled ‘Mission to Mars’, Backyard Cinema will allow audiences experience space travel for themselves. Those visiting will make their way through intergalactic security before being shuttled to a spacecraft lined with giant bean bags and a space station bar.
Launching on the 21st March, Mission to Mars will feature a huge line up of all time classics and new releases such as: The Fifth Element, Armageddon, Independence Day, E.T., Interstellar, Men in Black, The Martian, Blade Runner, Passengers and Star Wars.
Talking about the new space theme Backyard Cinema’s founder, Dominic Davies said: “Mission to Mars has got to be our most exciting theme to date. We have really worked on making this an immersive and trilling experience for our customers and have loads of treats in store for them. Sci-Fi and space travel is such an amazing genre of movies and there has been so much inspiration to draw from. We really hope to make London’s galactic dreams come true!”
Mission to Mars follows on from successful themes including: Miami Beach, The Last Chapel, The Snow Kingdom (finishing 6th March) and The Lost World alongside the sell out Winter Night Gardenand Romeo & Juliet shows across London.
