It has been announced that Martin Kemp will star as Billy Flynn in Chicago the musical at the Phoenix Theatre for a limited season from the 2nd July.
The Spandau Ballet star will play the smooth talking lawyer Billy Flynn at London’s Phoenix Theatre for a limited season from the 2nd July until the 1st September. Martin Kemp’s acting credits include: Reggie Kray alongside his brother Gary as Ronnie Kray in the film The Krays, Steve Owen in EastEnders, and Sam Phillips in the UK tour of Million Dollar Quartet. The rest of the cast who will be joining him will be announced soon.
Currently booking until the 6th October, Chicago currently stars Cuba Gooding Jr, Sarah Soetaert, Josefina Gabrielle, Ruthie Henshall and Paul Rider as Billy Flynn, Roxie Hart, Velma Kelly, Mama Morton and Amos Hart respectively.
