The world premiere production of Rose Lewenstein’s play will open at the theatre from the 1st February.

Directed by Chelsea Walker, this English Touring Theatre and Orange Tree Theatre co-production explores the impact of climate change and consumerism.

It has been announced that the cast for the production is set to include: Mike Noble (The Almighty Sometimes, Royal Exchange; Road, Royal Court; Christopher in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time in the West End) and Charlotte Randle (Yerma, Young Vic/New York; Medea, Almeida).

As well as being directed by Chelsea Walker, who returns to the Orange Tree Theatre following her production of Clare McIntyre’s Low Level Panic in 2017, the creative team for the production includes designs by Rosanna Vize who won the Off West End Award for Best Design. The lighting designer is Jess Bernberg, sound designer & composer Alexandra Faye Braithwaite and movement direction by Shelley Maxwell.

Cougar will play at the Orange Tree Theatre from the 1st February until the 2nd March.
