Love London Love Culture’s Most Popular Theatre Tickets: Sunday 3rd February 2019

Here is a selection of theatre tickets which are proving popular on Love London Love Culture this week… 

  1. Fiddler on the Roof, Playhouse Theatre: following its sold out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory, Trevor Nunn’s glorious production  will transfer to the Playhouse Theatre in March.
  2. The Book of Mormon, Prince of Wales Theatre: still making audiences laugh, you can now book tickets to this musical from £25 when you book through Love London Love Culture.
  3. Wicked, Apollo Victoria Theatre: those searching for something a little more family friendly will want to pay a visit to see this popular musical, telling a very different side to the story behind the Wizard of Oz.
  4. Mary Poppins, Prince Edward Theatre: flying back to the West End this Autumn, this musical is set to see Zizi Strallen in the title role and Charlie Stemp in the role of Bert when it comes to the Prince Edward Theatre. Tickets are available from £18.
  5. Bitter Wheat, Garrick Theatre: John Malkovich is set to return to the stage for the first time in 33 years in this new David Mamet play which focuses on the darker side of the entertainment business.
  6. The Lion King, Lyceum Theatre: now heading into its 20th year in the West End, this firm family favourite based on the classic Disney film is certainly worth a visit if you have never been before – the songs, the costumes and everything in between makes this a memorable theatre trip.
  7. Tina – The Tina Turner Musical, Aldwych Theatre: having recently announced its extension in the West End as well as a cast recording, this musical takes you on a journey through Tina Turner’s incredible story – while featuring some of her biggest hits.
  8. 9 to 5 the Musical, Savoy Theatre: based on the hit film, this musical will be the perfect treat if you are looking for a fun girl’s night out. Starring Amber Davies, Natalie McQueen and Brian Conley, the musical features  original Oscar, Grammy and Tony award-nominated score by Dolly Parton.
  9. Aladdin, Prince Edward Theatre: with Mary Poppins flying in, make sure you don’t miss the chance to catch Aladdin in its final months in the West End. Based on the beloved Disney film, it is filled with plenty of sparkle and magic.
  10. School of Rock, Gillian Lynn Theatre: another musical based on a popular film, School of Rock is filled with talented kids, plenty of laughs and some totally awesome songs such as ‘Stick it to the Man’ and ‘You’re in the Band’ – why not go along and rock out?!
