The Backyard Cinema will bring the spirit of L.A to Camden’s Roundhouse over the Summer.

From the 18th July, Backyard Cinema will be transforming Camden’s Roundhouse into L.A.’s legendary Venice Beach complete with giant palm trees, a retro beach bar,  and a sea of giant bean bags on the sand.

The cinema screenings will include Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, The Lego Movie 2 and Captain Marvel, award-winning new releases including BlackkKlansman, A Star is Born and Stan and Ollie and of course Backyard classics Back to the Future and Clueless.

Other film favourites in the line up include The Greatest Showman, Dirty Dancing, Grease and Bohemian Rhapsody – during which audiences are encouraged to sing along to the soundtracks thanks to Backyard Cinema’s famous sing-a-long beach parties.

Talking about the news Dominic Davies, Founder & Creative Director, Backyard Cinema said: “This year we have turned our cinema into the ultimate, musical beach party and I can’t wait. Not only are we back in Camden with the best lineup of movies we have ever but we have added our brand new sing-a-long parties packed with huge productions and surprise secret guests, designed to get every single customer up out their seat and singing their hearts out to their favourite movie soundtracks. I can’t wait!”

L.A Nights by Backyard Cinemas will take place at the Roundhouse in Camden from the 18th July until the 25th August.
