The new menu and bar has launched to celebrate the Royal Academy’s Summer exhibition.

The Royal Academy’s new gin bar and G&T cocktail menu has launched for the duration of the Royal Academy of Arts Summer exhibition which is on display until the 12th August.

Available in the admission free part of the RA, Peyton and Byrne has launched its new gin-focused cocktail menu to include a range of flavours to reflect this annual exhibition.

This new selection sees three British drink brands, British
Cassis, Fishers gin and The London Essence Company collaborating to create a trio of drinks that mix English summertime ingredients
into new flavours for the season.

The RA G&T combines Fisher’s Gin with London Essence Company grapefruit & rosemary tonic, The RA Pink mixes Fishers gin with
London Essence Company rhubarb & cardamom soda and fresh lime and The Cassis G&T combines the flavours of British Cassis with the coastal aromas of Fishers gin, the sweet citrus notes of London Essence tonic and fresh mint.

Visitors will be able sample their G&Ts of choice at the two gin bars, the Courtyard Café and the Shenkman Bar, next to The Keepers House, which are all in the admission-free part of the exhibition. The bars will be open seven days a week 11am-5.30pm daily and
Fridays until 10pm.
