It has been confirmed that the musical theatre star will join Steinway pianist and singer Dominic Ferris as his very special guest performer in Dominic Ferris: Me and My Piano at Live at Zedel on the 1st July.

Best known for her leading roles in many West End and Broadway productions, Kerry Ellis will be the special guest performer in Dominic Ferris’ show Me and My Show at Live at Zedel.

On the 1st July, Dominic Ferris will be “in conversation with” special guest BBC Radio 2 producer, writer and director, Anthony Cherry during the show. Dominic will ask Anthony about his work producing Friday Night is Music Night and the annual BBC Proms in the Park with the BBC Concert Orchestra, as well as exclusive broadcasts including They Write The Songs with Barry Manilow and Tim Rice’s American Pie.

Meanwhile, classical cross-over singer, and founder member of The Ida Girls, Georgi Mottram, will also join Dominic to perform a special medley of songs by the Sherman Brothers. 

The show will draw upon a wide variety of Dominic’s musical influences including George Gershwin, Billy Joel and Elton John. He has recently worked with Michael Ball on his latest release Coming Home To You, reaching No.1 in the UK album chart. Dominic joined the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra as assistant musical director and pianist for the Elvis Presley: If I Can Dream UK arena tour and Memphis Symphony Orchestra for the USA anniversary tour, with a performance at Graceland with Priscilla Presley for the Elvis 40th Anniversary Celebrations. 

Me and My Piano will take place at Live at Zedel on the 1st July.
