The Great Fête will take place at Alexandra Palace on the 17th August.

Taking place from midday on the 17th August, The Great Fête is a celebration of the Palace’s story of innovation and entertainment as well as the work it does with partners and communities across Haringey.

The Great Fête will be hosting an eclectic mix of entertainment, education and performance with something for all ages. Across the park there will be three live music areas featuring up and coming talent alongside
international names including a DJ set from DJ Yoda. The festival will also
welcome back the hugely popular Silent Disco in the Woods and there will be a screening of the film Bladerunner in the theatre. There will also be a dedicated Play Zone hosting a variety of activities for children, including arts workshops and a crafting bazaar.

Meanwhile, StrEATlife Ally Pally’s free street food and craft beer festival, will also run alongside the event, featuring some of the best known names from the street food industry.

The event has been programmed by teams across the charity and will also feature activities run by local groups including theatrical performances from Haringey Shed who will be doing a promenade across the grounds, exploring a large and strange structure arriving in Haringey. Visitors can also learn how to grow their own veg at home with Edible London.
