Thinking about going to the theatre this week? Here’s five shows that you might want to visit….

The Lion King, Lyceum Theatre: marking its 20th anniversary in the West End this month, now is a great time to book a ticket to catch this beloved story live on stage whether it is your first time or fourth time! Filled with mesmerising costumes, masks and set design this is perfect for the entire family.

9 to 5 the Musical, Savoy Theatre: Love London Love Culture is revisiting this hilariously fun show this week. Starring Bonnie Langford,  Caroline Sheen, Chelsea Halfpenny, Natalie McQueen and Brian Conley, this musical is of course based on the classic 1980’s film which sees three female workers taking revenge on their boss!

The Play That Goes Wrong, Duchess Theatre: with Mischief Theatre’s latest show Groan ups now playing in the West End, why not revisit the company’s first hugely successful show still making people laugh as a murder mystery play goes horrendously but hilariously wrong!

Fiddler on the Roof, Playhouse Theatre: now heading into its final weeks in the West End – you will not want to miss Trevor Nunn’s stunning revival of this classic musical that includes songs such as ‘Sunrise, Sunset’ and ‘If I Were a Rich Man’. Catch up with LLLC’s review here.

Mamma Mia!, Novello Theatre: having celebrated its 20th anniversary in London earlier this year, why not enjoy yourself by revisiting this Abbatastic musical that by the finale will have you dancing in the aisles whether you like it or not!
