Andrew Lloyd Webber will be streaming his musicals for free via a new Youtube channel The Shows Must Go On!

It has been announced that Andrew Lloyd Webber will be streaming his musicals for free online via a new Youtube channel The Shows Must Go On!, available from tomorrow (3rd April).
The new series will begin with the 2000 adaptation of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which was inspired by the West End production. It stars Donny Osmond in the title role along with Maria Friedman, Richard Attenborough and Joan Collins. It will be available to watch from 7pm for a limited 48 hour time period.
This will then be followed by on Friday the 10th April with the arena production of Jesus Christ Superstar starring Tim Minchin, Melanie C and Chris Moyles. Further shows in the series are yet to be announced.
Along with the full length shows, the channel will also feature other content including clips of famous performances and behind-the-scenes footage which will be uploaded regularly.
While the channel and the shows uploaded will be available to watch for free, fans will also be able to make a charitable donation to charities such as Acting for Others, Broadway Cares and Actors Benevolent Fund – all of whom are listed on the channel.
