The final cast members have been announced for the new production of the musical, running at the Garden Theatre in the newly refurbished beer garden of The Eagle from the 3rd August.

Joining the previously announced Jed Berry as Ernest Boulton/Stella and Kane Verrall as Frederick William Park/Fanny in this new production will be: Kurt Kansley (Lord Arthur Clinton), Alex Lodge (Louis Charles Hurt), Mark Pearce (Mr Grimes) and Joaquin Pedro Valdes (John Safford Fiske).
Based on the true events in Victorian London, Ernest Boulton and Frederick William Park were two young men who, in 1871, were put on trial for dressing as women and conspiracy to commit sodomy. This musical sees them telling their story once more.
Directed for this new socially distanced, open air production by Steven Dexter, the musical features a book and lyrics by Glenn Chandler, the creator of ‘Taggart’ and music by Charles Miller. The creative team also includes musical staging by Nick Winston, musical direction by Aaron Clingham, designs by David Shields and casting by Anne Vosser.
Fanny and Stella is the first production at The Garden Theatre in the newly refurbished beer garden of The Eagle, 349 Kennington Lane, Vauxhall.
Fanny & Stella will be performed at The Garden Theatre at The Eagle from the 3rd to the 25th August. For more information and to book tickets visit: http://fannyandstellamusical.com/
