The escape rooms experience based in East London has announced a new experience to help children develop skills that children have missed out on during lockdown.
With schools doing their best with virtual learning throughout lockdown, there are other skills that children have been missing out using during the pandemic including teamwork, socialising, sharing and collaboration, listening and speaking skill.
Now, Modern Fables partnered with immersive arts organisation Tea Dance for Little People, have created family-friendly, tailored versions of their award-winning escape room games.
The escape room games available for the whole family to take part in include: The Oracles which takes visitors on an investigation into the mysteries that have intrigued humankind for centuries in Dr Morell’s lock-up, while Hypersomnia will have participents choosing sides in an 80s-tinged sci-fi involving travel to parallel universes. A dedicated guide will tell participants a story and advise you along the way – you play detective, historian and your future self whilst you solve clues from the past, present and future to unlock the answers and escape to reality.
To make the experience affordable, Modern Fables also has announced discounts including Family Sundays – £25 discount (Family of 4, one adult plays free – £75 (usually £100) – Use voucher code FAMILYTICKET) and School Holidays- £50 discount Weekdays until 6pm – Groups of six for £100 (usually £150) – Use voucher code SCHOOLHOLIDAYS.
