The production, set to play at The Garden Theatre, based at The Eagle Pub in Vauxhall, will now book until the 11th October.

It has been announced that due to popular demand, the upcoming production of Pippin, directed by Steven Dexter is extending its run for an additional two weeks.

Now booking until the 11th October, the news comes as the cast begin rehearsals for the production which begins performances on the 8th September.

Featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Roger O. Hirson, the musical’s score includes the songs ‘Maigc to Do’ and ‘Corner of the Sky’. It is also the first time that the composer has given his blessing for the show to be presented with an ensemble cast of six.

The cast for Steven Dexter’s new production of the musical includes: Ryan Anderson, Tsemaye Bob-Egbe , Tanisha-Mae Brown, Joanne Clifton , Harry Francis and Dan Krikler.

Meanwhile, the creative team for the production includes: choreography by Nick Winston, musical direction by Michael Bradley, designs by David Shields and casting by Anne Vosser. It is being produced by Peter Bull for LAMBCO Productions.

Pippin will play at The Garden Theatre at The Eagle in Vauxhall from the 8th September until the 11th October.
