The venue will reopen its doors to the public for the first time since lockdown began on the 4th September.

Those behind Backyard Cinema are preparing to welcome back audiences this weekend, having completely redesigned the cinema seating plan and reducing capacity, ticket holders will once again be transported to new and exciting worlds while rediscovering favourite films.
From the 4th September, the venue at Capital Studios will reopen The Winter Night Garden for cinema fans. Customers will venture through the magical wardrobe, finding themselves in an enchanted forest, with mystery around every corner, uncovering the story of the Lost Theatre: overgrown and abandoned, blooming now with new life and more surprises.
Audiences can experience films such as Dirty Dancing, The Greatest Showman, Parasite and 10 Things I Hate About You among others in a uniquely designed and immersive experience.
The Capital Studios itself will also be open from the 4th September, filled with places to grab street food, live music, multiple bars and can be enjoyed without a cinema ticket. With new one way systems, protective shields on bars and food traders, along with brand new seating and track and trace systems, the venue promises to provide the same relaxed atmosphere, food by Mother Clucker and Honest Burger, drinks on tap and handcrafted, while keeping customers safe.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that the other cinema experience The Snow Kingdom will also open its doors once more on the 16th October.
