The London theatre has announced it will be opening its doors to the public for two family Christmas shows.

It has been confirmed that the Chickenshed Theatre will be reopening its doors from the 5th December – with two family festive shows.
Running from the 5th December until the 10th January, Mr Stink ‘Christmas Edition’ is a one act and hour long musical adaptation of David Walliams best-selling book. It is a new adaptation of the theatre’s 2018 production.
The very kind, but lonely, 12 year old Chloe invites the homeless ‘Mr Stink’ to leave behind the wooden bench where he has taken up residence and secretly move into her family’s shed for Christmas. Matters become more complicated when Chloe’s mother – with unfulfilled political ambitions – tries to take credit for Chloe’s generosity. And precisely who is Mr Stink, anyway?
Also opening on the 5th December and playing until the 30th December, Christmas Tales – Live! is a 50 minute musical show that includes puppets, singing, dancing and some larger-than-life characters.
Having spent just a little more time than usual at home this year, the Tales Team couldn’t wait to get back in the theatre, and what better way to celebrate than with their amazingly festive show, Christmas Tales!
If ever there were a year for a huge sprinkling of magic, this is the year. So make way for this colourful, energetic and vibrant show – as we bring the fun and giggles back to our biggest and brightest stage, the Rayne Theatre.
Due to the social distancing measures in place there will be a reduced amount of tickets available for performances.
