Lambert Jackson Productions have announced that its online production of Jason Robert Brown’s musical will be streamed through Stream.Theatre.
It has been confirmed that Séimí Campbell’s production will be made available for audiences at home to enjoy for one week only from the 21st to the 28th February.
Filmed during the first lockdown last year, entirely in isolation and on the artists smart phones, Séimí Campbell directed Rachel John (Hamilton), Ramin Karimloo (Phantom of The Opera), Cedric Neal (Motown) and Rachel Tucker (Come From Away), with an appearance from Shem Omari James. This online production also featured musical supervision by Adam Hoskins, musical direction from Josh Winstone and video editing by Danny Kaan.
Written by Tony Award-winning composer Jason Robert Brown and sitting between musical and song cycle, this moving collection of powerful songs examines life, love, and the choices that we make as it transports audiences through time and space.
Songs For a New World will be available to stream via Stream.Theatre from the 21st to the 28th February. To book tickets visit: https://www.stream.theatre/season/46
