Amy Berryman’s debut play is running at the Harold Pinter Theatre until the 12th June.

Production images have been released for Ian Rickson’s production of the debut play from Amy Berryman, which opens the Harold Pinter Theatre’s Re:Emerge season.

After returning from a year-long Moon mission, Cassie, a NASA botanist, finds herself in a remote cabin in the woods, where her estranged twin sister, Stella, a former NASA architect, has found a new life with climate activist Bryan. Old wounds resurface as the sisters attempt to pick up the pieces of the rivalry that broke them apart.

This opening production in the Re:Emerge season stars Gemma Arterton, Fehinti Balogun, Lydia Wilson. The creative team for the production includes: Design by Rae Smith; Lighting Design by Azusa Ono,
Music by Mark Bradshaw, Sound Design by Emma Laxton and Casting by Amy Ball.

The Re:Emerge season is a new season of work that creates a space for vital, new voices and fresh talent in the West End and beyond, working alongside some of the industry’s greatest theatre makers and artists. The collection of plays has been curated by Sonia Friedman Productions with Ian Rickson – Artistic Director for the season and has been supported by using public funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England.

The other plays in the season are Yasmin Joseph’s J’Ouvert which previews from 16th June, and runs until 3rd July; with the season being completed by Joseph Charlton’s Anna X which previews from 10th July, and runs until 4th August.
