The revival of the musical is set to begin performances at the outdoor venue from the 31st July.
Rehearsal images have been released for the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre’s upcoming production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel, directed by Timothy Sheader.
Playing at the theatre from the 31st July until the 25th September, the musical features memorable songs such as ‘If I Loved You’ and ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ and is based on Ferenc Molnar’s Play “Liliom” as adapted by Benjamin F. Glazer.
The cast for this new revival of Carousel is set to include: Carly Bawden (Julie Jordan), Declan Bennett (Billy Bigelow), John Pfumojena (Enoch Snow), Joanna Riding (Nettie Fowler) and Natasha May Thomas (Louise Bigelow) are Brendan Charleson (Mr Bascombe), Jo Eaton-Kent (Mrs Mullin), Sam Mackay (Jigger Craigin), Ediz Mahmut (Young Enoch) and Christina Modestou (Carrie Pipperidge). The ensemble members are: Chanelle Anthony, Craig Armstrong, William Atkinson, Shay Barclay, Sarah Benbelaid, Madeline Charlemagne, Freya Field, Sebastian Goffin, Amie Hibbert, Tim Hodges, Lukas Hunt, Tessa Kadler, Lindsay McAllister, Matthew McKenna, Jack Mitchell, Charlotte Riby, Lisa Ritchie and Daisy West.
