A new trailer and images have been released for the upcoming film based on the later years of the marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles.

The marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles has long since grown cold. Though rumours of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at the Queen’s Sandringham Estate. There’s eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game. But this year, things will be a whole lot different. Spencer is an imagining of what might have happened during those fateful days.
Set to be released in UK and Ireland cinemas on the 5th November, the film’s cast is led by Kristen Stewart as Princess Diana, Jack Farthing as Prince Charles. The film is also set to star Sally Hawkins, Timothy Spall and Sean Harris.
Spencer was written by Steven Knight and is set to feature cinematography by Claire Mathon, music by Jonny Greenwood and will be released by STX films.
Spencer will be released in cinemas later this year.
