It has been announced that the production will open for previews at the London Theatre from the 29th October.
It has been announced that The Choir of Man from the creative minds of Andrew Kay – Soweto Gospel Choir, Noise Boys, Gobsmacked and the award-winning North by Northwest – and Nic Doodson – The Magnets, Gobsmacked and Noise Boys will be heading to London next month.
Welcome to The Choir Of Man – the best night in your local you’ve ever had. It’s a party, it’s a concert, it’s a lock in like no other. Featuring breath-taking reinventions of chart topping hits from artists including Guns’N’Roses, Fun!, Adele, Avicii, Paul Simon, Sia and many more.
The multi-talented cast of nine guys combine beautiful harmonies and foot-stomping singalongs with world-class tap dance and poetic meditations on the power of community. With a real working bar on stage, come ready to drink in the action!
With casting yet to be announced, the creative team behind the production includes: direction by Nic Doodson, with musical arrangement and supervision by Jack Blume, choreography by Freddie Huddleston, monologues written by Ben Norris, scenic design by Oli Townsend, lighting design by Richard Dinnen and costumes by Verity Sadler. It is produced by Immersive Everywhere, Nic Doodson, Andrew Kay and Andy & Wendy Barnes.
