The exhibition which celebrates the work of Banksy is now booking until May 2022.

It has been confirmed that due to popular demand, The Art of Banksy is now booking in London until the 22nd May 2022.

Featuring over 90 authenticated Banksy pieces gathered from private collections across the globe, the exhibition is based in a gallery space in the heart of Covent Garden.

Having been seen in cities including Melbourne,Tel Aviv,Toronto and Chicago, The Art of Banksy features riginal and authenticated works from one of the most intriguing and talked-about artists in modern history, including prints, canvasses, screen prints, unique works and limited-edition pieces mainly dated between the years 1997 to 2008, the period which resulted in Banksy’s most recognisable and well-known works.

Visitors can expect to see iconic favourites such as ‘Girl with a Balloon’ and ‘Rude Copper’ alongside ‘Brace Yourself’ featuring a dodgem-riding Grim Reaper. In a rarely seen public outing for the painting, it made headlines in 2010 when the work was gifted by Banksy to a band, previously known as ‘Exit Through the Gift Shop’, in exchange for the rights to their name. The piece has been mostly hidden away behind closed doors since its creation over a decade ago. The vast 245 x 182cm work – one of the largest ever created by Banksy – takes centre stage in the exhibition.

As well as news of the extension, it was also confirmed that an installation of six video screens showing a series of exclusive interviews with Banksy’s former printer. A graffiti artist himself, he gives first-hand testimony of how the pair first came to work together, how they broke into zoos together around the world to graffiti tag animal enclosures, experimented printing with bleach, acid and highly toxic paint and the time Banksy created a special Flag print to finance a Santa’s Ghetto exhibit in a former shoe shop on Oxford Street.

In true Banksy style, The Art of Banksy is not authorised or curated in collaboration with the elusive man himself.
