The Indian restaurant has teamed up with juice makers The Berry Company to help celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with a selection of limited edition cocktails created by renowned mixologist Mix.Mann. 

Styled the patriotic colours of red, white and blue, the cocktails range from the ruby coloured Lovely Jubilee to a Bombay Sapphire and White Peach inspired G&Tea, plus a  royal blue mocktail Party Thyme.  The cocktails will be available to sample from the 2nd – 30th June 2022 and all have been created with The Berry Company’s exotic and natural flavours alongside Copper Chimney’s fantastic array of Indian snacks and starters.

 Now into its 15th year, The Berry Company boasts of over 25 different flavours and is known for experimenting with forward thinking and unexpected ingredient combinations, making them the go to for healthy, unique, and flavoursome drinks with absolutely no added sugar or sweeteners and ideal for creating cocktails with. 

The Copper Chimney is a contemporary Indian restaurant, serving the best Indian flavours, ingredients and dishes with influences from across North of India, since 1972. With 20 locations around India, the brand brings with it its secret recipes and cooking technique. It’s London restaurant is based along the Southern Terrace, Westfield London at Shepherd’s Bush.

Each of the cocktails have been created by by mixologist and Berry Company ambassador Mix.Mann (Harprith Mann) and are inspired by a fusion of British flavours with an Indian twist.
