NEWS: Full Casting Announced for Broadway Production of Bad Cinderella

The production is set to begin performances at the Imperial Theatre on Broadway on the 17th February.

Full casting has been announced for the broadway transfer of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s latest musical based on the classic fairytale, but given a modern twist thanks to a book by  Academy Award winner Emerald Fennell and lyrics by Tony and Olivier Award winner David Zippel.

Joining the previously announced Linedy Genao in the title role will be: Carolee Carmello as the Stepmother, Grace McLean as the Queen, Jordan Dobson as Sebastian, Morgan Higgins as Marie, Sami Gayle as Adele, Christina Acosta Robinson as the Godmother, and Savy Jackson as the Cinderella alternate.

Meanwhile, the ensemble includes: Raymond Baynard, Michael Baerga, Lauren Boyd, Tristen Buettel, Kayleigh Cronin, Josh Drake, Ben Lanham, Angel Lozada, Cameron Loyal, Mariah Lyttle, Sarah Meahl, Christian Probst, Larkin Reilly, Julio Rey, Lily Rose, J. Savage, Tregony Shepard, Dave Schoonover, Paige Smallwood, and Aléna Watters. Alyssa Carol, Gary Cooper, Robin Masella, Chloe Nadon-Enriquez, and Lucas Thompson are swings.

The production is directed by Laurence Connor, with choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter. Meanwhile, the creative team also includes: Gabriela Tylesova (sets and costumes), Bruno Poet (lighting), Gareth Owen (sound), and Luc Verschueren (hair and wigs).

Bad Cinderella is heading to Broadway following its run in the West End from the 25th June 2021 to 12th June 2022.
