NEWS: Hotel Ser Casasandra Announces ‘Ser Retreats’ Dates for 2023

The beachfront hotel based on Holbox island in Mexico, has confirmed details of its upcoming spiritual programmes ‘Ser Retreats’.

Taking place on the 22nd to the 25th of June, 13th to the 17th of September and 6th to the 10th of December 2023, the ‘Ser Retreats’ have been created for travellers who are looking for balance and tranquility. Details of each specific retreat experience are as follows:

The Mind, your Medicine: from the 22nd to the 25th of June 2023: this retreat is aimed at helping you find  new state of consciousness and stillness. The practitioners will teach how the mind impacts the body, and how all pain or suffering is the consequence of obstructions, images, beliefs, and instinctive impulses of the psyche.

Sky Mind: from the 13th to the 17th of September 2023: based on over 25 years of Shirayam´s studies and experience of being a therapeutical group facilitator, “Sky Mind” is designed for participants to experience deep and clear healing, management, and expansion of the mind, and consequently, the ability to feel.

The Body is Mind: from the 6th to the 10th of December 2023: during this retreat, participants will observe their own reflections and images of themselves, bringing physical symptoms and compressing the entirety of their being.

Talking about the retreats, Habiramy, CEO of Ser Casasandra comments: “A retreat is a refuge, it is a moment. A great stop to give yourself a space for observation, a space where you can observe yourself, feel, and see how you think and how this hinders your freedom. Freedom is in the mind, it is not in the form, it is not in the body.”

Each of the retreats are led by Juan Miguel Sanchez and Habiramy. Sanchez is licensed in physical education and a diplomat inn natural and traditional medicine, with more than 15 years of professional experience with patients. Habiramy who along with Sanchez created syncrodimanics, one of the most important methods of mind liberation, also formed the Dharma Global platform, which unites a community of more than 11 thousand people to which it brings a deep level of dedication to healing emotionally, physically and mentally.

Ser Casasandra is based on the beachfront of Holbox island in Mexico and contains 17 rooms which have views of the ocean but the absence televisions, telephones, alarm clocks and radios means that you can truly relax. The hotel’s kitchen offers a delicious mix of local specialties, seafood and fresh fish. While breakfasts include freshly baked bread and freshly squeezed fruit juices, other meals give guest the opportunity to sample local flavors of Mayan tradition and authentic cuisine.
