The production will run in the West End for fifty performances only.

It has been announced that Kenneth Branagh will direct and star in a new production of William Shakespeare’s play from the 21st October at the Wyndham’s Theatre for fifty performances only.

This is the latest Shakespeare play that the actor and director will be involved with, having previously been involved with film adaptations of Henry V, Much Ado About Nothing, Hamlet, and Love’s Labour’s Lost and, more recently, The Winter’s Tale on stage. During his career he has also directed acclaimed stage productions of Macbeth, The Winter’s Tale, and Romeo and Juliet.

After its run in London, the production will then transfer to The Shed’s Griffin Theater in New York in the Autumn of 2024.
