The new version of Shakespeare’s play will run at the Duke of York’s Theatre from the 11th May until the 3rd August 2024.
The Jamie Lloyd Company have announced its latest West End production of William Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet, heading to the Duke of York’s Theatre this spring. Tickets go on sale to those signed up for priority booking and ATG+ members on Tuesday 13 February at 8am; with general booking opening on Tuesday 13 February at 12pm.
Directed by Jamie Lloyd, the production is set to star Tom Holland as Romeo, with further casting yet to be announced.
Tom Holland is known for his role as Peter Parker in the box office record-breaking franchise Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Spider-Man: No Way Home as well as the installments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe including Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. He made his stage debut as the title role in Billy Elliot The Musical (Victoria Palace Theatre).
