It has been confirmed that an original, signed piece of artwork created by Johnny Depp has been gifted to The Bright Foundation and will be auctioned online by Kerry Taylor Auctions, closing date 10th March.

The artwork will be auctioned off alongside collectible memorabilia and experiential lots donated by global ambassadors and supporters of The Bright Foundation, founded by Oscar and BAFTA award-winning costume designer John Bright.
Untitled, the artwork dated 2023, was created using acrylic paint, Liquitex paint marker and fineliner on paper. Flat float mounted in a white woodgrain frame, it is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Pantheon Art, who represent Depp as a visual artist. Talking about donating the piece Johnny Depp said: “Unfortunately, too many young, emerging artists lack access to proper resources and opportunities needed to hone their craft. I hope my artwork will help in providing those tools in a way that most empowers them to succeed.”
Other memorabilia and unique experiences featured in the timed online only auction include items donated by Hugh Bonneville, Jim Broadbent, Ralph Fiennes, Colin Firth, Stephen Fry, Richard E Grant, Jeremy Irons, Nick Mason CBE, Paul McCartney, Dame Helen Mirren, Greta Scacchi and Zoe Wanamaker.
