The hotel has unveiled details of its new dining experience.
Set in the centre of the hotel, Fitz’s Russell Sq features three distinct areas a chic brasserie, a cosy parlour, and the existing glamorous Fitz’s Bar with each section having its own unique Fitz’s personality. The aim of Fitz’s Russell Sq is to offer a dining experience for guests that is captures what the hotel is about.
The newest dining hotspot for guests to enjoy is Fitz’s Brasserie – a haven for epicureans looking for a combination of British cuisine with a modern twist. Dishes on the menu includes: seared scallop in the shell with ‘nduja butter and sea herbs, a succulent rosemary Oxfordshire lamb ramp with spiced chickpea relish, smoked aubergine and tzatziki or for vegetarians there is a a pistachio-crusted Buffalo burrata with smoked peperonata, poached white and green asparagus with a soft boiled hens’ egg and golden raisin dressing, as well as a comforting celeriac risotto with summer truffle and elevated with Twineham Grange.
For those looking for a more private dining experience, Fitz’s Brasserie has private dining rooms available adorned with traditional charm and modern sophistication.
Elsewhere, for those looking to kickstart their day or come to the hotel for a pre-dinner aperitif, Fitz’s Parlour is the place to go. With no reservations necessary, the retreat pays homage to Kimpton Fitzroy London’s opulent past, complete with 18th-century stained-glass window and a captivating mural by acclaimed Italian contemporary artist, 2501.
To finish their evening, guests can enjoy Fitz’s Bar and sample one of 14 bespoke cocktails including: The Theory Of Colour, inspired by a 17th-century still life flower painting by the artist Nicolaes van Verendeal – is a multi-sensory palette of colourful hues, tints and shades.
