The limited edition menu combines a range of margaritas paired with tacos.
It has been announced that The Rooftop at the Hippodrome Casino has launched a brand new summer inspired menu at the Leicester Square location, with the heated terraces offering and al fresco haven in the heart of London’s West End.
Priced at £13, the margarita options will include:
- Watermelon Mint made up of Kah Blanco tequila, watermelon, agave, lime and mint
- Spicy Mango Coconut made up of Kah Reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, mango, coconut, chilli, lime and agave
- Lychee Pom made up of Rooster Rojo Blanco tequila, lychee, agave, pomegranate and lemon
- Watermelon Mint made up of Kah Blanco tequila, watermelon, agave, lime and mint
- Strawberry Basil made up of Kah Blanco tequila, strawberry, agave, lime and basil
- Kiwi Blues made up of Rooster Rojo Blanco tequila, elderflower, agave, lime, kiwi, blueberries and basil
- Flowers made up of Kah Anejo tequila, St Germain, lemon, lavender and honey
Meanwhile, the taco menu on offer includes:
- Taco de Carne including USDA Fillet with caramelised onions and pineapple sauce (£16)
- Taco de Carne with chipotle, avocado and sour cream (£15)
- Taco Vegetariano with grilled halloumi and Pico de Gallo(£14
The Rooftop offers a chance to experience Mexico in London and is set across three floors. Tables on the top rooftop terrace are available to reserve or walk in. Tables on the other two lower levels welcome walk-in guests.
