The sequel to the 1980’s film is set to be released on the 6th September.
A brand new trailer, offering further insight as to what we can expect from Tim Burton’s latest film, has been released as its cinema release date edges closer.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will see Michael Keaton return to the title role, alongside Winona Ryder who returns to play Lydia and Catherine O’Hara as Delia.
Meanwhile, new additions to the cast includes Jenna Ortega as Lydia’s daughter Astrid, Monica Belluci as Delores, Willem Defoe as Wolf Jackson and Justin Theroux as Rory.
This sequel will see Beetlejuice return to cause havoc in the lives of the Deetz family, in the wake of the death of Charles, Lydia’s father. Forcing the family to confront the character who terrorised them once again, as they travel to the afterlife under unexpected circumstances.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice has been written by the Neflix series Wednesday showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, while score featured in the film has once again been created by Danny Elfman. The costumes have been designed by Colleen Atwood and cinematography is by Haris Zambarloukos.
