It has been announced that the show which mixes the music of Celine Dion with hit film Titanic will be heading to London later this year, beginning performances at the Criterion Theatre on the 9th December. Official opening night will take place on the 9th January 2025.

Co-written by Tye Blue, Marla Mindelle, and Constantine Rousouli, the show includes many of Celine Dion’s best known songs including: “My Heart Will Go On”, “All by Myself”, and “To Love You More”.

Titanique originally premiered off-Broadway in June 2022 at Asylum Theater before transferring to the Daryl Roth Theatre later that year. It has won several awards as well, including: hree Lucille Lortel Awards, the Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Best New Musical, Las Culturistas’ Culture Award for Best Indoor Performance, and two Dorian Awards.

When the music of Céline Dion makes sweet Canadian love with the eleven-time Oscar®-winning film Titanic, you get TITANIQUE, off Broadway’s most award-winning splash hit that turns one of the greatest love stories of all time into a hysterical musical fantasia.

While casting for the London production has yet to be announced, the show is  directed by Blue (RuPaul’s Drag Race) and choreographed by Ellenore Scott (Funny Girl, Little Shop of Horrors), with music supervision, arrangements, and orchestrations by Nicholas James Connell. The creative team also includes set designers Gabriel Hainer Evansohn and Grace Laubacher, costume designer Alejo Vietti, lighting designer Paige Seber, sound designer Lawrence Schober and casting directors Pearson Casting.
