NEWS: National Theatre Confirms Artistic Director Rufus Norris’ Final Season

His final season will begin in the Spring of 2025.

The National Theatre has unveiled details of Rufus Norris’ final season as artistic director, beginning in the Spring and will include four world premieres with new plays by Suzie Miller,Shaan Sahota, David Lan, and David Eldridge.

This will then be followed by David Eldridge completing his trilogy of plays, following Beginning  and Middle, with End, directed by artistic director Rachel O’Riordan which will head to the National Theatre in the Winter of 2025. Further details have yet to be confirmed.

It was also confirmed that the team behind the award winning production of Prima Facie will reunite for the world premiere of Inter Alia, written by Suzie Miller and director Justin Martin. Set to run at the theatre next summer (dates to be confirmed), the production will see Rosamund Pike making her National Theatre debut.
