It has been announced that Greg Wilkinson’s latest play exploring the former Prime Minister’s experiences in 10 Downing Street on her final morning in office will run at the White Bear Theatre next month.
Described as a tragic-comic exploration of the tensions in politics, The Last Days of Liz Truss? is directed by Anthony Shrubsall and will star Emma Wilkinson Wright as Liz Truss as well as featuring Steve Nallon of Spitting Image as the voice of Margaret Thatcher and others.
Join Liz, in her last morning at number 10, on a tragic-comic exploration of the tensions in politics: between ambition and ability, vision and reality, going short and playing it long. Can a fighter ever quit?
This world premiere production will feature set design by Male Arcucci, with Sarah Lawrie as Associate Producer.
