The stage adaptation based on the Alfred Hitchcock film will be heading to Alexandra Palace next Summer.
It has been confirmed that Emma Rice’s adaptation and production of North by Northwest will play in London as part of its UK tour next year.
Co-produced York Theatre Royal, HOME Manchester, and Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse, it will open previews at York Theatre Royal from 18 March, with press night on 26 March, before touring to Manchester, Liverpool and other UK venues. It will run at the Alexandra Palace next summer from the 11 to 22 June.
Based on the 1959 film starring Cary Grant, North by North West follows the story of Roger Thornhill, a man mistaken for a spy in the middle of a Cold War conspiracy.
Further details in terms of casting and creative team have yet to be announced.
