NEWS: Jack and the Beanstalk Announced as Lyric Hammersmith’s 2025 Pantomime

Next year’s pantomime will reunite the team behind 2024’s Aladdin.

With the theatre’s 2024 pantomime Aladdin currently playing until the 5th January 2025, the Lyric Hammersmith has confirmed its 2025 pantomime will be a production of Jack and the Beanstalk.

Reuniting award-winning writer Sonia Jalaly and director Nicholai La Barrie (Lyric Associate Director), this production of the fairytale will run at the theatre from the 15th November 2025 until the 4th January 2026. Early bird bookings are available now with 30% off tickets.

Sonia Jalaly, Writer, said: “I’m so excited to be reunited with Nicholai la Barrie, Daisy the Cow and the good people of Hammersmith for another chaotic Christmas adventure. Let’s go!”

Meanwhile, Nicholai La Barrie, Director, said: “Jack and the Beanstalk will be a lively, uproarious pantomime, bursting with humour, magic, and a heart-warming adventure that will captivate audiences in West London and beyond. I’m excited to join forces with Sonia Jalaly once more as part of the Lyric’s 130th year to bring this enchanting story to life, filled with laugh-out-loud moments, catchy pop songs, and an abundance of festive cheer. Our hope is to create a truly unforgettable experience that families will treasure and remember long after the curtain falls.”
