The company has unveiled details of its 30th anniversary programme which is set to include world premiere productions, new collaborations and new initiatives.

The 2025 programme will include the world premiere of Lost Atoms a new play by Anna Jordan (Succession/ Killing Eve/ Yen) which will be directed by Scott Graham and tour for 17 from September 2025. This new play explores themes of love, relationships and memory.
This newly announced season will also include a production of The House Party by Laura Lomas (Metamorphoses, The Blue Woman), which has been co-produced by Headlong and Chichester Festival Theatre in association with Frantic Assembly. It premiered in Chichester in May to return early next year. This contemporary retelling of Miss Julie will feature six Frantic Ignition graduates.
Meanwhile, the company will also be collaborating with the Aurora Orchestra on Carnival, a new staging of Saint-Saëns’ The Carnival of the Animals, which will receive its premiere at the Southbank Centre in May.
Fundraising efforts for Frantic Assembly’s talent development programme Ignition are set to continue with ‘The Big Give Christmas Challenge’ as 50% of funds needed for 2025 reached so far. The programme is a free training initiative for young people aged 16-24 to help underrepresented talent.
Scott Graham, co-Founder and Artistic Director of Frantic Assembly said: “I am not sure how to feel about Frantic Assembly turning 30! That seems like quite a large number to capture what essentially feels like a blur! But when I stop to think about it there is much to be proud of. I like to think there has been a positive impact upon how theatre is made, who gets to make it, and how our young people are invited to engage with it.
Our productions, outreach and accessible training have spawned a methodology that
invites and supports creativity from those who might have found theatre distant or elitist.I am proud of that. But I am not going to spend too long celebrating the 30th birthday. Iam more interested in ‘what’s next?’ It can be fun to look back but it is much more exciting to look forward.”
