The festival will return this November to eight venues in London.
Voila! Theatre Festival has announced that applications are now open for this year’s festival, which will run from the 3rd to the 23rd November. Artist applications are open until the 22nd April, with information on how to apply available here.
The festival will take place at eight London venues which are: The Cockpit, Barons Court Theatre, Theatre Deli, Etcetera Theatre, The Playground Theatre, The Questors Theatre – Studio, The Space Theatre & Theatro Technis.
The Voila! Festival offers an opportunity for artists to create, to connect, and to celebrate collaboration. It supports individuals and companies to take a chance whether that is presenting a new piece of work touring to a new audience, or translating a play into a new language. Previous programmes have included cross-cultural mash-ups, adaptations, bilingual comedies, devised theatre, solo performance, puppetry, clowning, circus, dance, music, stand-up, family shows, and more.
It is produced by The Cockpit and supported by City of Westminster College, part of United Colleges Group. Further details will be announced later in the year.
