The concert will take place at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane on the 13th July.

British Italian soprano Carly Paoli has announced that Charlie Stemp, the award-winning star of shows such as Half a Sixpence and Hello Dolly will be joining the line-up for her West End extravaganza Carly Paoli And Friends – Hollywood to Broadway concert.
She will also be joined by Al Bano, the legendary Italian singer and actor, the powerhouse American gospel tenor David Phelps.
Charlie Stemp first came to public attention, starring as Arthur Kipps in the West End production of Half A Sixpence. Since that time he has appeared in the Broadway production of Hello Dolly garnering the Outstanding Broadway Debut Award and as Bert in Mary Poppins in London’s West End.
Orchestral accompaniment will come from Musicians from the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra conducted by the internationally renowned Jae Alexander, whose West End credits span some of the most beloved musicals of all time. These include Sister Act (Eventim Apollo), 42nd Street (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), South Pacific (Barbican), Guys and Dolls (Piccadilly Theatre), Cats (New London Theatre) and Follies (Shaftesbury Theatre).
The inspiration for the show came from Carly’s library of songs that she always longed to perform. Talking about the concert she said: “To perform songs I love, with artists I so deeply admire, in one of the world’s most iconic theatres—it’s something I will cherish forever.”
