With the warm weath set to stay for a little bit longer, here’s a guide to some of the rooftop bars to check out in London for an after work drink…

Seabird (The Hoxton Southwark): enjoy the sun going down with views of the city at the Seabird rooftop bar and restaurant this summer. Serving up seafood filled with southern European flavours, this is a perfect place to unwind after a long day at work. In addition, for six soulful Friday nights of live jazz, soul and blues courtesy of Ronnie Scott’s (tickets from £10 available here.)
The Berkley Rooftop Bar: inspired by the Isle of Capri, this rooftop bar invites guest to step into a lemon grove set high above the streets of London – complete with striped loungers, skyline views and spritzes aplenty (including citrusy negronis to the ice-cold Amalfi Gin Granita – created in partnership with Malfy Gin). Meanwhile, guests can also sample burrata, anchovies and marinated octopus, or order pizzas straight from the rooftop oven.
ABar RoToftop Bar: set on top of the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, this rooftop bar offers specially curated cocktails inspired by the city skyline as well as the changing seasons. It offers an indoor and outdoor space to enjoy a drink and something to eat (but it should be noted that there is £50 minimum spend here..). On the menu food wise is Duck Leg & Lentil Salad as well as Chocolate Spheres (Hazelnut and coffee praline, mandarin curd). These dishes can be enjoyed alongside Strawberry & Vetiver (Belvedere vodka, Muyu vetiver gris liqueur, Makgeolli,strawberry, citrus, black pepper & cardamom) or Mango Tango (Altos Reposado tequila, Del Maguey Vida mezcal,mango, orange wine, citrus, Moet & Chandon Brut) cocktail.
Savage Garden: this skyline bar offers views of Tower Hill as well as The Shard and the Tower of London. It is advised that you book in advance to ensure you get a table. Signature cocktails include: Soplo Dae Aire, Kokoro and Amor Fati, all of which can be enjoyed alongside a variety of sharing plates to enjoy, while desserts include warm savage doughnut (yuzu and peach custard and coconut sprinkle.
The Rooftop, Trafalgar St James : situated right in the centre of the city and with views of one of London’s most iconic landmarks. This bar and dining area includes Mexican dishes and is a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The food and bar menu includes: Harissa-spiced Chargrilled Spatchcock Whole Chicken, Wagyu Meatballs, Cucumber Blossom and Mango Sunset cocktails.
