The Maids, Donmar Warehouse: having directed the Olivier Award winning production of The Picture of Dorian Gray, Kip Williams makes his Donmar Warehouse debut with this new production of Jean Genet’s play.

Wendy & Peter, Barbican: the Royal Shakespeare Company production of JM Barrie’s Peter Pan adapted for the stage by Ella Hickson takes to the stage from the 21st October until 22nd November. With a stellar cast including Lolita Chakrabarti, Daniel Krikler, Charlotte Mills, Hannah Saxby and RSC Associate Artist Toby Stephens, prepare to fly away to Neverland in an unexpected way.

The Unbelievers, Royal Court Theatre: while Nick Payne’s latest play has already sold out at the venue , it would be a surprise if it doesn’t transfer to the West End. Starring Nicola Walker, it is a play that examines the he moments that shatter our world as well as the ones that help us to piece it back together.

Ragdoll, Jermyn Street Theatre: from the 9th October until the 15th November, the Jermyn Street Theatre will be presenting the world premiere of Katherine Moar’s new play. Directed by Josh Seymour, Ragdoll is inspired by the trial of Patty Hearst and is set to star Nathaniel Parker (The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Olivier award-winner and Tony nominee for Wolf Hall), as Robert, Abigail Cruttenden (The Theory of Everything, Not Going Out) as Holly, Ben Lamb as The Lawyer, and Katie Matsell as The Heiress.

The Soon Life, Southwark Playhouse: playing at the Southwark Playhouse from the 1st to the 18th October, this play examines a couple and their relationship and their breakup before everything changes forever with the arrival of their child.

The Hunger Games,  Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre: there is no denying that this will be one of the biggest shows opening in London this Autumn, given the popularity of both the book and the film. Adapted from the first book by Connor McPherson, the cast is led by  Mia Carragher (One Night in Istanbul, The Gathering for Channel 4)  in the iconic role of  Katniss Everdeen.
