The musical is booking at its home in Wembley until the 19th April 2026.

New lead casting has now been confirmed for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Starlight Express, which continues to play at the Starlight Auditorium at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre.
The company now includes: Scott Hayward as Rusty, alongside lead cast members Jade Marvin as Momma McCoy, Olivia Ringrose as Greaseball, Asher Forth as Electra, Sophie Naglik as Pearl and Georgia Pemberton as Dinah and Jaydon Vijn as Hydra.
Meanwhile Control is played by Aanya Devi Sharma, Christopher Azzopardi, George Jones, Shayan Ghai and Mila Isaacs.
As a child’s train set magically comes to life and the engines race to become the fastest in the world, Rusty the steam train has little hope of winning until he is inspired by the legend of the ‘Starlight Express’.
The musical features songs such as AC/DC, Make Up My Heart, Light at the End of the Tunnel.
Meanwhile, the creative team behind this revival of the musical includes: director Luke Sheppard, set design by Tim Hatley, costumes by Gabriella Slade, lighting by Howard Hudson, sound by Gareth Owen and video by Andrzej Goulding. Orchestrations are by Matthew Brind with Lloyd Webber, musical supervision by Brind and David Wilson, musical direction by Denise Crowley and casting by Pearson Casting. Ashley Nottingham provides new choreography, with Arlene Phillips returning as creative dramaturg.
