The rooftop bar is based in the area of St Paul’s.

With Autumn and Winter really beginning to settle in, rooftop bar Sabine is offering a new menu for guests to enjoy and help to offer a cosy experience including warming cocktails, comforting seasonal dishes, and a glow that invites guests to stay long into the evening.
Offering an impressive view of St Paul’s cathedral, the rooftop venue’s Autumn and Winter menu brings together light bar bites as well as rich, soulful plates perfect for sharing.
This includes Calamari Fries with Smoked Paprika Aioli, or Pumpkin and Sage Raviolini,
alongside favourites like Mac ‘n’ Cheese Croquettes or grilled flatbreads. Desserts, such as a warm Sticky Date Pudding or Matcha Tea Crème Brulée offer a perfect finale to the meal.
In addition, the venue offers a range of cocktails that includes classics as well as seasonal signatures. Zephyr, a blend of Cinnamon-infused Eminente Ambar Claro rum, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, grape cordial and citrus solution, offers a warming sweetness, while the Lyra layers Coconut and condensed- milk with Aba pisco, chocolate liqueur, chocolate bitters, fresh pineapple and fresh lime juice.
Meanwhile, for those who don’t drink, there is plenty of variety available in the form of the Aleris and Passara offering botanical complexity without the alcohol. Timeless favourites, from Negronis to Espresso Martinis are available, alongside house
creations like Noctis and La Sabine D’or.
