The new brunch launched at the bistro at the hotel on the 26th October.
NYnLON, the New York bistro situated at the Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars, is bringing a touch of Manhattan to London through the launch of its Sunday brunch, ‘Sax & the City’ .
Priced at £58 per person, ‘Sax & the City’ combines live music, indulgent dishes and two hours of free-flowing Prosecco for guests to enjoy on their visit.
The menu itself includes a curated buffet of starters and salads, followed by mains such as a 10oz NY Strip steak with peppercorn sauce, baked and stuffed aubergine with whipped vegan feta, and grilled catch of the day with fennel and citrus salad. There is also the option to upgrade to Champagne (£98pp) or add freshly shucked oysters, available by the half or full dozen.
This brunch is available every Sunday between 12:00 to 16:00.
